- The language to be used for foreign competitors is English.
- There will be English-Turkish translation for jury presentations. Teams need to make their preparations accordingly.
STEPS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROJECT CATEGORIES
- Check out the competition topics and specifications.
- Decide in which category or categories you will project. You can compete in more than one subject.
- Create your team and determine your Team name for each competition topic. Each competition team must have a unique name for organizational tracking. If there are conflicting team names, a name change may be requested.
- Kindergarten, Primary School and Secondary School participants are required to designate a counselor. High school and university participants can participate in the competition by designating one of their team members as the team leader. All our communication will be through consultants or team leaders. We will need the contact information of these people. Our recommendation is to contact your consultant or team leader in all situations.
- We expect you to plan and prepare your project in accordance with the explanations shared under the “Competitions” heading.

- You must submit the requested documents in full during your application.
- Teams are responsible for incomplete document uploads.
- After the entire registration process is completed, a confirmation letter will be sent to you by e-mail. Be sure to follow the messages that will be sent to your e-mail address. All responsibility belongs to the teams. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact us before the deadline.
- If you are participating in more than one competition, please apply separately for each one. Regional Tournament Application opens on October, and ends on December 30.
- There may be quotas in categories. Be sure not to leave the competition application to the last minute.
- In order for the project to be evaluated, you must make the uploads specified below to the link that will be sent to you after the application approval.
- Prepare the project report. Max. You must prepare a project report that does not exceed 8 pages. The format of the project report must be prepared in Word, Times New Roman 12 point font. While uploading, convert it to PDF format and upload it. While preparing the file, you should pay attention to the following headings and order.

Project Summary: Max. including space. Must be 1000 characters. You can write in Times New Roman characters, 12 point font, justified on both sides.

Innovation and Originality: Max. Must be 1500 characters.
Commercial Outputs: Max. 1000 Characters
